Committed to empowering leaders with a strong operations mindset, KLU offers programs in business and management, data science and analytics, as well as specialized programs in logistics, operations, and supply chain management. Imparting an in-depth understanding of operations is a cornerstone of benefactor and founder Klaus-Michael Kühne's vision to improve the world through logistics and supply chain management, as is reflected in the university’s full name. This operations mindset guides KLU's approach to contemporary leadership and management education, blending academic excellence with a hands-on approach to ensure real-world applicability in both teaching and research.
Starting with the Bachelor in Business Administration or the pree-degree program (Studienkolleg), students can enter or progress to the general Master in International Management, the Master in Business Analytics and Data Science or the specialized Master in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, the world's leading logistics program. Specifically designes for executives and high achievers, Kühne Logistics University furthermore offers a part-time MBA in Leadership and Supply Chain Management, a part-time Master in Sustainable Management and Operations, and a Doctoral Program (PhD) to deepen research and leadership skills. Anchored in KLU's operations mindset, combining leadership and management studies with data science and information technology, and placing particular emphasis on digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability, we ensure that our graduates are well-equipped to drive responsible and sustainable change in the world. Under the leadership of our President Professor Andreas Kaplan, both KLU Hamburg and the upcoming KLU Ho Chi Minh City offer excellent education and unique experiences for all students.
