Digital Economy

This module combines aspects of information systems design, provision and usage on the one hand and applied microeconomic thinking about digitalization, information systems and the digital economy on the other hand. The goal of the module is for students to gain an understanding of how choices relating to the design, provision and usage of information systems affect outcomes at the technology, firm, and market levels in the digital economy. In turn, this enables strategic thinking about choices relating to information systems.
