Strategic Issues in Supply Chain Management

Supply chain management comprises all of the strategic, operational, and tactical decisions that will affect all company activities along the internal and external value chains. In this class, students will focus on the strategic supply chain management issues that must be considered and will shape setups in the long term. We focus on activities in the retailing and manufacturing industries and discuss the tools and frameworks that are applicable in these industries.
