Since companies focus on their core competencies, they end up purchasing many goods and services from external parties. Accordingly, companies also have to manage complex supplier networks. In this module, the students will learn how to select and manage suppliers. The class covers various topics from strategic sourcing decisions to day-to-day procurement and supplier management.
