Students who select this module will expand on analysis, strategy and decision-making with regard to the sourcing process and procurement within logistics & supply chain management. Globalization is a mega trend that is shaping our supply chains and logistics networks in a way that was unthinkable just thirty years ago. In this module, the students will learn how to select and manage suppliers. The class covers various topics from strategic sourcing decisions to day-to-day procurement and supplier management.
