By means of a case study, students will develop an innovative approach to a business problem and identify relevant business opportunities, i.e. product sourcing and pricing decisions based on research of the Amazon marketplace. In order to do so, students will employ an appropriate methodology to solve the decision problem and within the team, judge solution accuracy adequately. In the final presentation, students will have to demonstrate effective professional oral communications skills. As the case study is prepared within an intercultural team, each group member will not only have to take initiative to substantially contribute to the team effort, he or she will also need to prove to work effectively in a diverse team environment to generate an appropriate solution for a real-world business problem.
