Hanno Friedrich and Sarah Joseph will both give a talk about their projects within NutriSafe. Prof. Friedrich has looked at modeling and using shopping mobility data to improve foodborne illness tracking, while Sarah Joseph has analyzed the spatial relationship between organic food sales, the physical neighborhood and neighborhood residents over the last 20 years in Hamburg.
