Dianna Fioravanti-Ashikwe, President of Kuehne+Nagel Canada, will be visiting KLU to share her journey and insights from a distinguished career in logistics and leadership. As the first woman to hold this position in Canada, Dianna oversees the company’s strategic direction and manages a team of 2,500 logistics professionals across the country. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the company's operations and fostering a culture of trust and inclusion. Notably, she has significantly increased female representation in leadership roles from 15% to 50%, a groundbreaking achievement for Kuehne+Nagel Canada.
Throughout her career, Dianna has demonstrated that resilience, strategic vision, and inclusive leadership are key to transforming organizations and driving innovation. She is passionate about empowering women and promoting diversity, recognizing that diverse teams create stronger, more dynamic businesses. During her talk, she will share practical advice on seizing opportunities, leading change, and building meaningful careers in logistics. When she’s not shaping the future of her company, Dianna enjoys golf, reading, and spending quality time with her family—values she encourages students to prioritize as they develop their own careers.
