The Program
Program: Master in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management (MSc) - Tricontinental Track
Start Date: Every September
Global supply chains cross borders every day, but the way they operate can look radically different from one region to another. Infrastructure, regulation, economic development, technology, and local business realities define how goods move and how decisions are made.
The Global Logistics & Supply Chain Management - Tricontinental Track embeds these regional differences as a core part of the study program: three countries in three continents – Europe, Africa, and Asia – and a semester for research fully remote. The program is carefully curated to create a connected learning journey, not separate semester abroad experiences. Each location provides a different reality of the supply chains, allowing for a truly global understanding of the industry and meeting the local nuances.
- KLU Hamburg, Germany: Get to know the setting of a major European logistics hub, shaped by mature infrastructure, global trade, and the transition toward more sustainable operations.
- Stellenbosch University, South Africa: Encounter supply chains where resilience, infrastructure constraints and trade development play a very different role in everyday business.
- KLU Saigon, Vietnam: Come to one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic economic environments, where manufacturing, sourcing and rapidly transforming logistics systems offer a real-world glimpse into how global supply chains are evolving.
The Tricontinental Track is your opportunity to take a next-level approach to studying global logistics: moving together with the value chains, learning how systems and decisions are adapted in each market, and acquiring demonstrated capability to operate in an international and intercultural context, all while creating a professional network with no borders.
