Career Prospects in Sustainability and Digital Transformation

With the rapidly evolving digital space and the structural change towards more sustainable business models, organizations are facing two transformations at once. The growing demand for new positions attached to these objectives is bringing professional opportunities in highly cross-functional and cross-disciplinary roles, such as:

  • Change Management Consultant
  • Circular Economy & Sustainable Operations Specialist
  • Digital Transformation Consultant
  • ESG Analytics Consultant
  • ESG Product Owner
  • Impact Measurement Analyst
  • Responsible AI Analyst
  • Sustainability Reporting & Performance Analyst
  • Sustainable Supply Chain Analyst
  • and more.

The Program

Sustainability has moved far beyond the territory of dedicated ESG teams. Companies are changing how they invest, source, produce, measure performance, and develop new business models. For this, they need people who understand the ambition behind this transformation and, more importantly, know how to make it happen.

The MSc in Sustainable Change & Digital Transformation prepares you to thrive in this environment in constant evolution. The program provides you with the knowledge and tools to be an enabler of this “twin transformation”: understanding what technology can do and connecting those technical possibilities with business needs, sustainability objectives, and organizational reality. You will become a translator within business, capable of bringing different contexts together to drive innovation with a meaningful purpose.

Get ready to generate impactful change in the business world by:

  • Understanding how sustainable change is integrated into business processes, operations, and strategic goals, and how digital tools enable this transformation.
  • Learning to translate sustainability objectives into measurable KPIs, evaluate impacts across operations and value chains, and leverage data to support business decisions.
  • Integrating ESG regulations and compliance, while streaming data to provide transparency and support organizational change.
  • Examining the governance and human side of transformation, ensuring fast adoption in organizations and tangible impact.
  • Working with real transformation challenges, bringing strategy, technology, and implementation together.
