In Cooperation With Hochschulsport Hamburg
Sport Activities at KLU
Our students have the opportunity to take courses from the extensive range of sports offered by Hamburg's university sports program, which includes over 200 courses in various sports, or to go on sports trips such as skiing or surfing. Explore the possibilities of getting to know your fellow students and other young people through sports, making friends, and staying fit. Information on Hochschulsport Hamburg
Even More Sport at KLU
In addition to the Hochschulsport Hamburg, we occasionally organize our own events or sports activities, such as boat trips on the beautiful Alster River with our own dragon boat or participation in tournaments in various sport (including university championships). Feel free to also visit our on-campus gym! Do you have your own ideas for sport activities? Awesome! We're excited about student initiatives for sports activities and are here to support them.
Sports Scholarship Program
You would like to study on a high level and push your sports career too? At KLU you can do both. Since 2018 we have a Sport Scholarship program for athletes on the national team level and a discount program for Bundesliga athletes (or an equivalent). In addition to the financial benefits, this program provides flexible solutions for combining sport and university.
