Admission Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from a recognized university or college
- Study background in business/economics, but will consider other analytical fields such as industrial engineering, business informatics, and mathematics if your bachelor's degree contains at least four courses in business.
- ECTS requirements: 180 ECTS
- Apply with your transcript of records if you have not yet received your final degree certificate
Application Deadlines
- Start of application period: November 1
- Final application deadline for all applicants: July 31
(applicants from outside AESAN are encouraged to apply by May at the latest to make sure visa application processes can be finalized before the start of the program in September)
We charge an application fee of €50 for all applicants.

Scholarships
As a Southeast Asian student, you are offered a wide range a wide range of scholarships related, e.g. to academic excellence, social impact, English proficiency, logistics and supply chain experience. Be sure to check out the specific criteria for the Southeast Asia scholarships and see which opportunities are the best fit for you! Scholarships can be combined to reduce tuition fees significantly. The total amount of scholarships cannot exceed 100% of tuition fees. Each scholarship is awarded independently, based on specific criteria.
Semester Abroad
As a Master’s student in the Vietnam-based Global Logistics & Supply Chain Management program you’ll have the chance to spend your third semester at KLU’s Campus in Hamburg, Germany, fully immersing into a truly international environment.
