Southeast Asia Scholarships

At KLU Southeast Asia, we reward students who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement throughout their studies. This scholarship recognizes individuals with a strong academic record and outstanding performance.
Scholarship Value:

• 5% tuition reduction for students with a GPA of ≥3.2 (on a 4.0 scale).
• 10% tuition reduction for students who graduate at the top of their class or equivalent, including: 

       - Cum Laude and above (or equivalent honors).
       - Bronze Medal and above for academic excellence.

How to Apply

• Submit official academic transcripts and proof of graduation ranking (if applicable).
• Provide any relevant certificates or awards for academic distinction.
   

At KLU Southeast Asia, we recognize students who are making a positive social impact through their actions. This scholarship is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to creating meaningful change in their communities through:

• Volunteering for a nonprofit or social cause.
• Donating to or supporting charitable organizations.
• Organizing fundraising activities to support a cause.
• Using influence to drive awareness and advocate for social change.

How to Apply
To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must:

• Submit proof of recognition from a community organization (e.g., certificate, award, letter of acknowledgment).
• Provide a personal statement explaining their contributions, the impact of their work, and why they qualify for this scholarship.

Scholarship Value:

• 5% tuition reduction for students with documented contributions to community initiatives.

Students who demonstrate strong English language proficiency may be eligible for:

• 5% tuition reduction for achieving IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
• 10% tuition reduction for achieving IELTS 7.0 or equivalent.

This scholarship supports students with professional experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields:

• 5% tuition reduction for students with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• 10% tuition reduction for students with 3+ years of experience.
   

Designed for students who have German language skills or connections to Germany:

• 5% tuition reduction for achieving CEFR A1, is currently employed or has been employed by a German company, has studied in Germany previously, has direct family connection to Germany (spouse, parents). 
• 10% tuition reduction for achieving CEFR B1 or higher.
   

Exclusively for alumni of Ho Chi Minh University of Technology (HCMUT), this scholarship:

• Provides a 5% tuition reduction for graduates of our partner institution.

We celebrate diversity! This 5% tuition reduction is awarded to students who:

• Have an international background or unique cultural contributions that enrich our campus community.

For students who have demonstrated leadership or significant contributions to their community:

• 5% tuition reduction for active participation in leadership or community initiatives. (School and District Level)
• 10% tuition reduction for for active participation in leadership or community initiatives. (City Level and Above)
   

This award recognizes exceptional achievements in sports and arts:

• 5% tuition reduction for students with accomplishments in any field. (City and Provincial Level and below)
• 10% tuition reduction for students with national or international recognition in their area.
   

For students who hold industry-recognized certifications, such as:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.)
• Other relevant professional certifications

5% tuition reduction for students with at least one qualifying certification.
 

We support students who contribute to research and academia:

• 5% tuition reduction for students who have published in conferences or non-Scopus journals.
• 10% tuition reduction for students with publications in Scopus-indexed journals.

At KLU Southeast Asia, we support students who are driving change in sustainability and innovation. This scholarship is awarded to individuals who have contributed to environmental sustainability, technological advancements, or innovative solutions in their field.
Scholarship Value:

• 5% tuition reduction for students who have actively participated in sustainability or innovation projects (e.g., student-led initiatives, research, volunteer work, competitions).
• 10% tuition reduction for students who have led or contributed to projects with measurable impact, such as:

       - Implementing sustainability strategies within an organization.
       - Winning or achieving recognition in sustainability or innovation-related competitions.
