Fabíola is driving SMS’s sustainability agenda by embedding ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance standards) into long‑term strategy. Under her leadership, SMS is preparing its first EU‑required ESG report and applying these standards to purchasing, M&A, and daily operations. Before joining SMS, she served as co‑CEO of Gegenbauer Holding SE & Co. KG, a major facility management company with 18,000 employees in Germany, Poland, and Luxembourg. Her international background shapes her commitment to diversity, equal opportunities, and responsible leadership.
