DisruptHR Hamburg at KLU

DisruptHR Hamburg returns to the KLU Campus on June 11, 2026, for its second breakfast edition. Following a successful first event earlier this year with more than 100 participants, we are excited to once again bring together students, professionals, and leaders for a morning of bold ideas and meaningful conversations.

What Is DisruptHR?

DisruptHR is a globally licensed event format designed to spark fresh thinking around leadership, culture, innovation, and the human side of work. The talks are short, energetic, and thought-provoking, encouraging speakers to share one powerful idea that can challenge perspectives and inspire change.

The event begins with breakfast networking, followed by a series of rapid-fire talks and opportunities to connect with speakers and participants.

DisruptHR talks are designed to be fast, engaging, and focused:
5-minute presentations,
20 slides, auto-advancing every 15 seconds,
One clear, compelling idea.

What to Expect

Participants can look forward to:

  • Inspiring short talks from leaders, academics, and innovators,
  • Perspectives on leadership, innovation, and the future of work,
  • Networking with professionals, students, and organizations,
  • An energetic and interactive morning format.

Following the talks, participants will have the opportunity to continue the conversation through networking and breakout sessions.
