Tag der Logistik at KLU
Dive into the fascinating world of logistics
On April 16, 2026, Germany's third-largest economic sector will once again demonstrate that logistics is more than just Sprinters parked in the second row, problems with parcel delivery companies, or supply bottlenecks for toilet paper!
Companies, organizations, and institutes will open their doors to the public—both on-site and online—and demonstrate how versatile and efficient logistics is. Free company tours, simulation games, lectures, webinars, and much more will give interested parties the opportunity to experience logistics live.
Who is the KLU Tag der Logistik for?
Interested students with an interest in studying logistics and supply chain management (e.g., bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on logistics and supply chain management). Interested bachelor's students of business administration/economics or business-related courses (business informatics, business mathematics, industrial engineering) with an interest in further study in the field of logistics and supply chain management (e.g., Master's in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management). General public.
You can't get more logistics or more Hamburg in a single day!
We have put together an entertaining and exciting program for Tag der Logistik 2026. First, get to know KLU and its innovative study programs. Then we will play “Who Wants to Be a Logistics Billionaire” together. Hosted by Professor Hanno Friedrich, you can put your logistics knowledge to the test! With special permission and an escort vehicle, we will take a bus directly to the container terminals and get a fascinating look behind the scenes of logistics at the Port of Hamburg. Experience firsthand how Germany's third-largest economic sector works!
For that authentic Hamburg feeling, there will be a fish sandwich and a cold Astra beer... and, if you like, a few Fishermen's Friends!
*A valid ID card or passport is required for the “Tour of the Giants.”
