At KLU, there is no “standard treatment.” Our professors and lecturers approach each student individually, and with an instructor-to-student ratio of 12 to 1, they’re almost as close to you as your classmates. At KLU, we make sure everything you learn has a direct impact on your career, because practical experience is at the core of our approach. All courses are taught in English.

Admission Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university or college.
- Proof of English language proficiency:
We require a degree in business or economics, but will consider other analytical fields such as industrial engineering, business informatics, and mathematics if your bachelor's degree contains at least four courses in business. There are different ways to make up for missing business courses.
The bachelor’s degree must comprise 180 ECTS for the standard track or 210 ECTS for the fast track and the part-time track. Applicants for the fast track and for the part-time track must have done at least one academic term abroad during their previous university study. Equally possible to prove an internship abroad, which was officially part of the bachelor’s degree program.

- Start of application period: November 1
- Early-bird deadline: 10% discount on overall tuition for fully completed applications: January 15
- Recommended application deadline for international (non-EU) applicants: March 31
- Final application deadline for international (non-EU) applicants: May 31
- Final application deadline for European applicants: July 15
Admissions Process
We require an application fee of €50 for non-EU/EEA applicants. We offer application fee waivers for selected candidates.

Brain Capital offers an innovative tuition financing model that allows you to either partially or fully defer your tuition fees while studying at KLU. Instead of paying upfront, you’ll make income-based payments after graduation, with the total amount based on your earnings. The solidarity principle means that higher earners repay more, while those with lower incomes contribute less. Rest assured, there are caps on both annual and total payments (approximately double the tuition fee, adjusted for inflation).
