Sports have the unique ability to captivate us, stirring deep emotions and inspiring people to push beyond their limits. From the emotional highs of the German national football team that won the 2014 World Cup, we see how leadership under pressure can inspire greatness.
This two-day executive education program taps into lessons from the world of sports through real-life examples from inspiring players to successful coaches to fictional sports heroes, with practical case studies, interactive workshops, and guest speakers. Taking examples like Klopp, Ferguson, or Guardiola - or even coach Ted Lasso from the beloved TV series, leaders are coaches that navigate their teams through periods of significant change and trial.

* The MLQ (Bass & Avolio, 1994) is the benchmark measure of Transformational Leadership. It helps to measure, explain, and demonstrate to individuals the key factors that set truly exceptional leaders apart from marginal ones. Individuals are asked to rate a variety of statements on a scale of 1-5, where 1 stands for “does not describe me at all” and 5 for “describes me precisely.” Statements include “I talk optimistically about the future” and “I Spend time teaching and coaching
