Zuzanna Tymieniecka

PhD Candidate

Zuzanna Tymieniecka began her PhD program at Kühne Logistics University in September 2026, supervised by Prof. Dr. Prisca Brosi and Prof. Dr. Christian Tröster. Her research explores trust and reliance on AI in team cooperation, examining how trust in AI systems is built and how it evolves over time.

Zuzanna holds a Master in Medialogy (Media Technology) from Aalborg University in Copenhagen and a Bachelor in Informatics and Econometrics from the University of Warsaw. Her master's thesis examined trust and reciprocity in human–robot interaction.

Her background combines technical and organizational experience. During a research internship at the Namibia University of Science and Technology, she built a conversational AI chatbot, which gave her a deeper technical understanding of this technology. Her earlier role at Bain & Company provided insight into organizational decision-making. Her research aims to understand how trust in AI develops and how it reshapes collaboration between humans.
