
Jost Götte started his PhD program at Kühne Logistics University in September 2024 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Henrik Leopold and Prof. Dr. Kai Hoberg. His research focuses on Process Mining in the domain of Supply Chain Management.
Before joining KLU, he completed his Bachelors and Masters in IT-Systems-Engineering at the Digital Engineering faculty of the University of Potsdam, which is located at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute. Here, he started his specialization in Process Mining and Data Science for industry sponsored his Bachelor and Master Projects.
In addition to his academic background, he obtained experience in internships as a software engineer at SAP and as a process mining specialist at ASML. The critical insights that he gained during these phases prepared him to research closely to the needs of the respective industries.
