Anju is a PhD candidate at Kühne Logistics University in Hamburg, Germany, working under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Sandra Transchel and Prof. Dr. Andreas Gernet. Her research specializes in supply chain optimization, focusing on reusable packaging systems and bringing together innovative approaches to closed-loop logistics. 
With a multidisciplinary academic background spanning mathematics, science, and education, she brings a unique blend of theoretical expertise and practical knowledge to her research. Her educational journey is marked by consistent excellence, highlighted by top academic achievements, including a gold medal in applied mathematics, a high ranking in the competitive Indian Institute of Technology Joint Admission Test for Masters (IIT-JAM) examination, and the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exam. In addition to her academic background, she worked as an Assistant Professor of Applied Mathematics at ODM College in India, combining her passion for mathematics with educational practice.
