Alexandra Androulidaki started her PhD studies at KLU in June 2023 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Prisca Brosi and Prof. Dr. Niels Van Quaquebeke. Her academic interests revolve around the topic of emotions in organizations.
Alexandra graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Management from Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She has obtained a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rotterdam School of Management (RSM). In her master thesis, she investigated managerial reactions in response to employee upward voice. After her master studies, Alexandra gained further academic experience working as a Research, Teaching and Coordination assistant for the Erasmus Center for Leadership.
Following her bachelor studies, Alexandra gained professional experience working for a major Greek company in the field of aviation.
