Autonomous Driving in Germany – How MOIA is Shaping the Future
Are you curious about the future of autonomous driving, urban mobility, and cutting-edge technology? Then this event is for you!
MOIA CEO Sascha Meyer will provide an exclusive overview of the ALIKE project – MOIA’s initiative to launch an autonomous on-demand ridepooling service in Hamburg by 2025. In collaboration with Volkswagen and other partners, MOIA is investigating how self-driving vehicles can seamlessly complement public transport and foster more sustainable urban environments.
But autonomous ride-pooling is about more than just self-driving cars, vehicles must be intelligently assigned to passengers to ensure efficient operations and smooth journeys. Professor Asvin Goel from KLU will highlight the challenges of autonomous planning in urban mobility, offering insights into how smart algorithms optimize passenger flows and enhance the efficiency of autonomous fleets.
