On June 11, 2026, Dr. Viet Dung Trinh, Director of KLU Asia Campus, took part in the Corporate Sustainability Awards at Hotel Nikko Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City. The event combined the “Strategic Summit: The 3P Pivot” with the honoring ceremony for the Top 50 Corporate Sustainability Awards 2026. Dr. Trinh moderated a discussion on resilient and sustainable supply chains, while KLU was also represented with a booth.

A platform for sustainable business

Organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine, the Corporate Sustainability Awards brought together business leaders, experts, and representatives from a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, logistics, real estate, finance, and energy. The program explored how companies can respond to environmental and social challenges while maintaining competitiveness and creating long-term value.

The summit addressed sustainability from several perspectives, including planetary health, sustainable finance, green technology, responsible leadership, and resilient supply chains. By combining strategic discussions with the recognition of companies’ sustainability efforts, the event provided a platform for exchanging practical experience and examining how environmental, social, and governance commitments can be translated into concrete business action.

From commitments to execution

Dr. Trinh moderated the session “Global Supply Chain Resilience & Execution Capability,” featuring representatives from PwC Vietnam, Unilever Vietnam, and Uniben. The discussion focused on how companies can turn sustainability ambitions into day-to-day practice across their value chains. Contributions highlighted the importance of responsible products, capable people, shared standards, data, and accountability in building resilient supply-chain ecosystems and creating long-term value.

Bringing academic expertise into practice

Through Dr. Trinh’s role and KLU’s booth, KLU Asia contributed an academic and operations-focused perspective to the exchange. The engagement strengthened KLU’s dialogue with companies and sustainability leaders in Vietnam and underlined the relevance of logistics and supply-chain expertise for translating ESG strategies into measurable action.
