Career Connect 2025

Boring presentations and passive recruiting? Not with KLU! On February 26, Career Connect 2025 transformed KLU’s campus into a buzzing hub of opportunity. A dozen top companies-including industry leaders like Beiersdorf, Hapag-Lloyd AG and many more-joined us for a day of networking. From internships and working student roles to direct entry positions and thesis projects, students got the chance to pitch themselves 1:1 and explore real career paths.

Career Connect 2025 started off with a warm welcome from KLU’s leadership, setting the tone for an afternoon of inspiration, connections, and career momentum. In their opening remarks, university representatives emphasized the value of close industry-university collaboration and the importance of creating meaningful opportunities for students to engage with potential employers early on.

Each participating company took the stage as well for a fast-paced round of introductions. This session allowed students and alumni to get a first look at the variety of industries, roles, and company cultures represented. From logistics giants to innovative startups, the diversity on stage reflected the range of paths open to KLU graduates.

During the event companies hosted their own networking stations in the hallway. With catered refreshments fueling lively conversations, this session created the perfect environment for spontaneous questions, shared stories, and first impressions.

For the top KLU students, there was an opportunity to directly speak to company representatives for short, pre-scheduled sessions. These conversations, both in English and German, provided valuable space for genuine dialogue and deeper exploration of future career paths.

Career Connect 2025 once again proved that recruiting doesn’t have to be formal-when done right, it’s a shared experience that builds real-world connections and opens real career doors.
