Breaking Stereotypes: KLU Movie Night 2024 Explores Office Dynamics with Creativity and Humor

On 11 October, KLU's popular Movie Night once again took centre stage with a collection of student-produced short films that explored the complexities of office dynamics and leadership roles. Created in teams as part of the Leadership and Organisational Behaviour courses taught by Professors Niels Van Quaquebeke and Christian Tröster, many of the creative ideas stood out for their bold approach to playing with workplace stereotypes. From clever humour to sharp insights, the films challenged traditional views of roles and behaviour and struck a chord with the audience.

As in previous years, KLU’s Foyer was filled with glamour and good vibes to celebrate these innovative films, which included shorts using AI and performances where KLU students showcased their acting abilities. This blend of technology and creative storytelling added an extra layer of excitement to the night, with both new formats and classic themes impressing attendees.

The evening didn’t stop there—DJ Prof. Jörn Meißner, brought the after-show party to life, making it one of the night’s most unforgettable moments. The entire KLU community came together to enjoy the fun atmosphere, further strengthening the bonds that make these events so memorable.
