About the program
Tap into the potential of supply chain management for organizational and operational success. - Funding cuts, geopolitics and climate change have created a “perfect storm” to put an already over-stretched humanitarian system under immense pressure. This executive program, developed in partnership with the Kühne Logistics University (KLU), aims to equip leaders and decision-makers with the competency and knowledge to untap the full potential of supply chain management and deliver more and better assistance with less resources. Participants will be challenged to think strategically and out of the box beyond functional, organizational and sectoral boundaries. Key learnings will include the value of supply chain management, leadership and change management skills as well as current trends and developments such as localization, digital solutions and interoperability approaches. The program is delivered by experts with commercial and humanitarian experience combined with the best academic knowledge this field has to offer.

The program consists out of four modules:
Module 1: Leadership and Change Management (Day 1)

Module 2: System Thinking and Supply Chain Advocacy (Day 2)
- Understanding complex system behaviour to break the vicious cycle of disasters, poverty and vulnerability
- Unlocking board room access by quantifying the value of supply chain management for operational success
- Benefiting from innovations, research trends and developments of modern supply chains
Module 3: Digital Solutions (Day 3)
- Managing heterogeneous data sources to support effective decision making
- Sharing data safely: From collaboration models to anonymization
- Leveraging automation and AI to free capacity and improve processes
Module 4: Supply Chain Interoperability (Day 4)
- Understanding barriers and enablers of shared services across organisations
- Advancing multi-sector engagement and collaborative action
