What attracted you to participate in Career Connect?

Sysmex Europe participated in KLU's Career Connect last year and was positively surprised by the outcome. The event facilitated the establishment of several successful working relationships with KLU students, many of whom continue to be valuable members of our team today. We were particularly impressed by the students' high level of motivation, international mindset, and innovative approaches to problem-solving. This year, we are excited to build on that success and further explore the potential of KLUs talented pool of students. The unique structure of the event, with opportunities for oneon-one speed pitches and personalized interactions, aligns perfectly with our approach to targeted and meaningful recruitment.

What are the key qualities you look for in potential interns or new hires?

At Sysmex Europe, we value individuals who demonstrate strong team spirit and intercultural collaboration skills. In our globally connected environment, the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds is essential. We also look for curiosity and a growth mindset. What advice would you give to students who are preparing for interviews or applying for jobs?
