KLU Career Connect is KLU's unique networking event that connects top talents from KLU with leading companies. Unlike a traditional job fair, it offers interactive opportunities for students and employers to engage directly. The event features a Company Slam, where companies pitch themselves in three minutes, a Meet & Greet to explore internships and job opportunities, and 1:1 speed pitches matching students and alumni with potential employers. What attracted you to participate in Career Connect?

What are the key qualities you look for in potential interns or new hires?
We are looking for students who are driven, brimming with fresh ideas, and passionate about innovation. For roles in Supply Chain, having a strong analytical mindset and being confident working with numbers is definitely a big plus. Above all, we value curiosity, teamwork, and the courage to challenge the status quo.
What advice would you give to students who are preparing for interviews or applying for jobs?
Be yourself and trust in your strengths - authenticity and confidence will set you apart. When preparing for interviews, the STAR Method is a great way to showcase your experiences and lessons learned in a clear, structured manner. It helps you tell your story in an engaging and relatable way. Most importantly, approach the process as a two-way conversation. It is just as much about finding the right fit for you as it is for us.
