Tobias Palm

Research Associate

Tobias M. Palm joined Kühne Logistics University in April 2026 as a Research Associate in the KRITIS Group. He is a researcher who works mainly with qualitative methods such as interviews and ethnographic research. He is particularly interested in how organizations cope with shock events. In doing so, he draws on institutional theory and process theory. Before joining KLU, Tobias was self-employed as a project manager in Hamburg. Before that, he spent two years as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group in the Hamburg office and two years as Fellow with Teach First Deutschland at a disadvantaged school in Hamburg. Earlier, he studied economics, management, and law at the University of St. Gallen, the London School of Economics, and Bucerius Law School.
