This course is part of the Managerial Skills module. The course on "Quality Management" aims to gain a sound knowledge of the theories and areas of application of quality development through scientific articles, practical videos, and presentations. The course is divided into six lectures.

Both rising globalization and numerous competitors are increasing the pressure on companies. To remain competitive, companies must be more productive than their competitors. In addition, the attractiveness of their products must be increased. To meet such developments, competent quality development in organizations is increasingly important. Continuous progress and an advantage over competitors must be ensured.
