This course is part of the Managerial Skills module. Project Management as a key aspect can be elected as part of the managerial skills module. This class teaches the students the skills and tools required for effective project management. The focus will be on organizational strategy, project selection and definition, project scheduling and costs, and motivating project members and lead teams. At the end of the module, the students will understand the importance of effective planning in a professional environment and know about project planning, organization, and management.
