Intercultural Skills as a key aspect can be elected as part of the managerial skills module. In this class, students will learn how to be effective in their management roles when dealing with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds. The module increases their awareness of the significance of cultural differences in everyday work life, as well as self-awareness. The students will develop their ability to compare and assess a target culture in relation to their own culture of origin.
