Students will learn about various analytical techniques and models used in business, such as linear programming, integer programming, and network flow modelling. The module emphasizes the application of analytics to solve real-world business problems and optimize decision-making processes.
Through case studies and interactive exercises, students will gain practical skills in analyzing complex business datasets and extracting meaningful insights. They will learn to apply linear programming techniques to optimize resource allocation and solve business optimization problems.
