How to apply
Admission Requirements
Admission requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business/economics, engineering, computer science, or mathematics. Other degrees may be considered if they include at least three quantitative courses.
- ECTS requirements:
- Standard track: 180 ECTS
- Fast track: 210 ECTS (plus one academic term abroad or an officially recognized internship abroad during your previous studies)
- English language proficiency B2 (Check out the requirements)
Haven’t received your final bachelor's certificate yet? No problem! Send your latest transcript of records and submit your final certificate later.
Application deadlines
- Early-bird deadline (10% tuition discount): January 15
- International (non-EU) applicants: March 31 (recommended), May 31 (final)
- European applicants: July 15 (final)
- Program start: September each year
We charge an application fee of €50 for all applicants.
Important Note for Non-EU Applicants: Studying abroad is exciting and full of opportunities, but planning takes time. Apply early to secure your spot and benefit from our Early Bird discount! Visa processing can take up to two months after accceptance - plan ahead!

Financing
There are several financing options available that help you cover the tuition:
- Brain Capital: This innovative financing model allows you to defer part or all of your tuition until after graduation, making income-based repayments.
- Higher earners pay more, and lower earners pay less – up to a capped amount (about double the tuition fee, adjusted for inflation).
- Multiple loan schemes are available to cover living expenses
Additional Funding
Check out the Jungheinrich Scholarship (application deadline: April 30, 2025), offered by the Jungheinrich Foundation for outstanding talents. Recipients benefit from financial support, a strong network, and inside perspectives on a leading global company.
