
Ho Nhan Duc, a Vietnamese, started his PhD program at Kühne Logistics University (KLU) in March 2025 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Kai Hoberg. His research focuses on understanding how to achieve supply chain resilience from a behavioral perspective.
He got a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Vietnam Aviation Academy in 2019, which he graduated as a valedictorian. After graduation, he was employed by his university as an academic specialist. In July 2024, he obtained a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management, for which he had been granted a full scholarship under a Hungary-Vietnam bilateral agreement since September 2022. His master's thesis utilized the Best-Worst Method (BWM) to assess the challenges and barriers to e-Freight implementation or digitalization in the Vietnamese air cargo supply chain.
