Henrietta von Eben-Worlée started her studies as a PhD candidate at the KLU in September 2021 under the primary and secondary supervision of Prof. Dr. Kai Hoberg and Prof. Dr. Henrik Leopold. Her research focuses on behavioral operations, in particular on the shift from high-touch to low-touch supply chain planning. Prior to graduating from the KLU with a M.Sc. in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management, she received the B.A. in Business Administration with specialization in controlling and international logistics management. During her master studies, Henrietta spent one semester abroad at the Technical University of Denmark in Copenhagen. For her master thesis she analyzed the impact of augmented reality on the worker by deeper investigating human-machine-interaction and the psychological influence of digitization at the workplace. Furthermore, Henrietta gained multiple knowledge in supply chain management during different practical work placements.
